2 reasons to get fit & healthy

23rd April weigh in

Hi .... didn't loose too good this week just another 1/2 lb ! I, in all honesty was not expecting to loose even that, I have had a really bad week food ( and alchohol )wise!

But I am going to draw a line under it and have a better week this week.

Our consultant gave a really good example:
you have a lovely bunch of 7 flowers,Photobucket one wilts, you don't throw the whole bunch away... you remove the wilted one.
That's how we should view our slimming week.... if we have one bad day, throw it away we still have 6 lovely days left!

So ignore the Photobucketon your shoulder and remember your goals, who you want to be and the reasons whyPhotobucket
