2 reasons to get fit & healthy

AAAAH maintained this week ...
I know why though, I have not eaten enough...those who are familiar with slimming world will know what I mean!

Its been another stressful week and I tend to loose my appetite when stressed and upset!

But still my weight loss to date is 2 stone 8lbs (that's 36lbs!!!)
And folks are starting to notice and I am getting some lovely compliments!
